BagSelect's Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
We want you to be happy with what you've bought from BagSelect.com. As part of our commitment to provide you with outstanding service you are entitled to the following guarantees:
- 30-day return policy from date of purchase.
- Return Guarantee, Easy returns means we will refund you on the cost of the merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
So if you are not 100% satisfied, we will gladly accept the return of any unused or defective items and issue a prompt refund. You can return your items up to 30 days of the purchase as long as products are in the condition it was received (new). If you would like to return an item please use the following methods.
To return or exchange merchandise, please follow the guidelines below:
Defective Returns/Exchanges:
Call BagSelect.com directly at (800) 871-2581 or by emailing us at returns@bagselect.com. BagSelect.com will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return/exchange your merchandise.
General Returns
Returns for merchandise purchase after March 4th, 2008: Call BagSelect.com directly at (800) 871-2581 or by emailing us at returns@bagselect.com.
Returns for merchandise purchased prior to March 4th, 2008: Please contact Assurz at 877-Assurz7 (877-277-8797). BagSelect.com uses Assurz to handle all merchandise returns. The Assurz customer service agents will be able to assist you with your return. Please have the following information handy when you call to request a refund:
- Order Number
- Assurz Guarantee ID - provided to you via email after purchase
