Occasionally things arrive defective; BagSelect.com honors all manufacturers' warranties on their product to be free from any defects upon arrival. Furthermore, if you are not 100% satisfied with your product you may return it at anytime for a full refund. You can return you items up to 90 days of the purchase as long as product is in the condition it was received (new).
